Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Airtimly's website and mobile application (together, the "Service"), operated by Airtimly ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, and able to form a binding contract to use the Service.

2. Your account

You're responsible for keeping your login details and PIN confidential, and for all activity on your account. We may require identity verification before you can access certain features, such as cards.

3. Services offered

Airtimly allows you to buy data and airtime, pay bills, deposit and withdraw funds, and request a virtual or physical card, subject to availability and applicable limits. We may add, change, or remove features at any time.

4. Fees

Some transactions may carry a fee, which will be shown to you before you confirm the transaction. Fees may change from time to time.

5. Cards

Virtual and physical cards issued through Airtimly are subject to the terms of our card-issuing partner in addition to these Terms. Lost or stolen physical cards should be reported immediately so we can suspend them.

6. Prohibited use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Engage in fraud, money laundering, or any unlawful activity.
• Impersonate another person or provide false information.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its security features.

7. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or close your account if we reasonably believe these Terms have been violated, if required by law, or to protect the Service and its users.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Airtimly is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated "Last updated" date on this page. Continuing to use the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
